In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

If we have reason to believe that a registered Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend that account immediately, conduct an age verification review, and if underage play is confirmed, permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 Residency. The nobu89 platform is operated for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. nobu89 makes no representation that the Services are legal in any jurisdiction outside Indonesia.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to open or maintain a nobu89 account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of nobu89 or any affiliated company; (b) immediate family members residing in the same household as any such employee, contractor, or agent; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by nobu89 from the platform.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one registered account on nobu89. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, bank account number, or e-wallet — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nobu89 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a duplicate account violation and to forfeit any balance held in those accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. At registration and at all times thereafter, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), your date of birth, your email address, and your bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nobu89 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nobu89 support immediately via live chat or email.
3.4 Account Ownership. nobu89 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person. Betting on behalf of a third party using your account is prohibited.
3.5 Two-Step Verification. nobu89 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your account. 2SV adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password at login. nobu89 may in its discretion make 2SV mandatory for certain account actions, including high-value withdrawals.
nobu89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by our payment system. nobu89 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. nobu89 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with 24 hours' prior notice to registered Players.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to your nobu89 account. The name on the destination bank account must exactly match the name registered on your nobu89 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for accounts that have passed KYC verification. New payment methods added to an account are subject to a 24-hour security hold before the first withdrawal can be processed to that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
nobu89 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including but not limited to withdrawals that significantly exceed a Player's historical deposit pattern or withdrawals from accounts that have not previously undergone KYC review.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in IDR. nobu89 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency. No currency conversion is applied to your balance.
5.1 General. nobu89 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions in this clause.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× rollover on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable).
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward rollover completion. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. nobu89 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times; opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; placing low-risk hedging bets across markets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other Players to qualify for promotional offers. nobu89 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the relevant accounts if bonus abuse is detected.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated under any circumstances.
5.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. nobu89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to an active promotion for which a Player has already opted in will not be applied retroactively without at least 24 hours' notice to the affected Players.
6.1 Game Availability. The range of games and betting markets available on nobu89 may vary from time to time. nobu89 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games and markets without prior notice, subject to licence obligations with game providers.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nobu89 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical malfunction are not payable.
6.3 Sportsbook — Void Bets. For sportsbook wagers, a bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or if the event begins before the stated start time listed in the platform's odds interface. Specific void rules applicable to each sport and market type are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the nobu89 platform.
6.4 Maximum Payout. nobu89 applies per-event and per-market maximum payout caps which are published within the relevant sportsbook or game interface. Winnings in excess of stated maximum payout caps are not payable. nobu89 also reserves the right to apply a platform-wide per-day maximum payout limit per Player, which is communicated at account level for VIP tiers.
6.5 Result Disputes. All game and match results displayed on nobu89 are considered final once the platform has settled them. Result disputes must be raised via live chat support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed. nobu89's decision on all result disputes is final.
7.1 KYC Obligation. nobu89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Participation in the KYC process is mandatory — refusal to provide requested documents will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account termination.
7.2 Acceptable Documents. Documents accepted for KYC verification include: (a) a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or Passport; (b) a recent bank statement or bank transfer confirmation showing your name and account number; (c) a selfie photograph of you holding your KTP or Passport next to your face. Additional documents may be requested for high-value accounts or unusual activity patterns.
7.3 Processing Time. nobu89 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents via our secure document submission channel. Players will be notified by account message and email once KYC review is complete. Withdrawal holds related to pending KYC will be lifted immediately upon successful verification.
7.4 Data Security. All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict confidence. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nobu89 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of nobu89 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nobu89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes nobu89's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 By nobu89. nobu89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) nobu89 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; (c) nobu89 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; or (d) continued operation of your account would expose nobu89 to unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your nobu89 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.
